Important Dates and Deadlines
- Abstract submission opens: 15 May 2025
- Deadline for abstract submission: 31 July 2025, 23:59 GMT+8
- Notification of abstract acceptance: 15 September 2025
General
Abstracts should only be submitted via the Conference’s online submission system. The presenting author should complete registration and payment for the inclusion of the abstract in the Program.
Each registered author is allowed to present a maximum of 2 abstracts, including podium and poster presentations.

- Each oral presentation will be 15 minutes in total, including a 12-minute talk and a 3-minute Q&A.
- Slides should be formatted in 16:9 (Widescreen).
Poster Guidelines
- Poster size: A1 (594mm width x 841mm height). Please print and bring your poster to the designated location for display.
- Do not include materials that may be subject to pending patents or other intellectual property rights.
- Acknowledge sources properly when citing references, figures, charts, and other materials not your own.
